Kyle responded so quickly to a break I had and then scheduled in an annual service. He is personable smart, explains thoroughly and gets right to work. He knows about many manufacturers and has large and small company experience. Very grateful to have found Doc’s!
We are very happy with the service that we receive from Doc's Peak Heating. We have been using this company for many years to service both our heating and air-conditioning systems. They are always respectful and very professional, even calling when they will be a few minutes later than the scheduled time. We have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.
We had a terrific experience having Doc’s Peak Heating completing annual furnace maintenance on six units in one morning. All of our tenants expressed what a great experience they had especially with the local Blackstone Valley Technical School students they were training. Our recent technician, Owen, was knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done before completing the work. Billing is competitive. Highly recommend this company.
My tenant was having an issue 2 days before Christmas and the condo manager recommended Docs Peak Heating and AC. I placed a call and got a prompt response. A technician happened to be onsite, swung by, diagnosed the issue and went to get the part and had the issue fixed in a timely way. Very impressed with the manner my unit was served. Would definitely recommend.
